With over two decades of experience, Rachael brings a wealth of fitness knowledge to her HIIT self defense classes. As a certified personal trainer she is able to give instruction and modify to all fitness levels.

Group Fitness

Each class is developed to bring together people looking to invite more movement into their lives, whether it be through high intensity boxing drills or slow low impact muscle isolation work. We work hard to make our classes spaces where you can find community in your fitness journey. Group fitness can be an incredible place to start when you are surrounded by supportive and motivated people.
