High Intensity Interval Training Self Defense
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Join in for an hour of heart pumping self defense drills. All levels welcome, we work together using pads, boxing gloves, mitts, and our bodies to learn functional self defense. Each class moves through a number of different drills that work to enhance strength, speed, agility and overall fitness.
